The Purpose of the Administrative Committee is to review and and record contact forms that are submitted by each Mentor, as well as, developing and reviewing evaulations for mentees to further develop the program.

What is it like to be on this committee?
"Being in the admin committee is great because we get to see first-hand all the work that the SMP mentors accomplishes collectively." - Bernice Onuoha
What do you do?
"Generally, we review the contact forms for everbody's timesheet before Jason sees them (i.e. eliminate typos and errors). We also work in data entry for workshop and program evaluations, as well as writing the evaulations. This semester we are starting some research into focus group to determine the program's effect for commuters students." - Stephani Gimble
What is your favorite part about working on your committee?
"Being able to work with different personailities successfully. Everybody has strength to bring to the group. All while enjoying each other's company." - Felipe Rojas-Flores
What are your meetings like?
"We normally talk about the contact forms and assign roles to people for that week. We are currently looking into other schools commuter programs and seeing how we can bring this to our mentees." - Robert Aguilar
Do you have a specific role within your committee? Explain.
"I switch between being the downloader of the Contact forms that mentors submit after meeting with their Mentees and being the first checker of the same form to ensure everything is correct." - Brian Reyna
