Graduation Stole Application (Update to Active Status Requirements)
Success Mentor Program (SMP) current and past Mentees may apply for a graduation stole upon the semester of their graduation from UC Merced.

- We have first priority to honor mentees who have demonstrated committed attendance and engagement in SMP events throughout their time in our program. We also have a limited number of graduation stoles available.
- Please ensure that all information is as accurate as possible, as we will be verifying information with our records, including but not limited to: sign-in logs, enrollment information, meeting attendance, involvement with SMP events, and value received from program services.
*Note that applying for an SMP graduation stole does not guarantee that you will receive one, as we take all involvement with SMP into account. We also have a limited supply of these stoles.*
