About
The Success Mentor Program is a mentor program that matches upper-division mentors with first-year students. Through a one-on-one mentor relationship, mentors will empower first-year students to make a successful academic and personal transition to life at UC Merced. The Success Mentor Program is a one-semester commitment, and mentees can be a part of SMP in either semester of their first year or both.
