How to Become a Success Mentor!

To complete the Success Mentor application and be considered for a Success Mentor position all the following must be submitted by 11:59pm, Wednesday, February 22nd:

  1. Complete an online application at (you will need to upload a current resume)
  2. Complete a Supplemental Application - click HERE
    • To view the questions asked on the Supplemental Application, you can preview the application HERE (you must submit the Supplemental Application using the link above)
    • If you already completed a Bright Success Center Student Employment Supplemental Application for another position you do NOT need to complete an additional supplemental application
  3. Request a supervisor, mentor, faculty member, etc. submit a Recommendation Form - download the form HERE (PDF)
    • All forms must be signed
    • All forms must be submitted by the person completing the recommendation

Recruitment Timeline

Candidates being considered for a position will be contacted between February 21-24 to schedule an interview. Interviews will take place February 27 - March 3. Finalists will be invited to participate in a group process interview between March 6-8. Notification letters will be distributed on Friday, March 10th in the Bright Success Center.
